ADDICTION COUNSELOR
In her work as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor, Mel offers a holistic approach to healing from the disease of addiction. Mel’s work focuses on the interconnectedness of shame, low self-esteem and trauma with chemical addiction. She is an avid learner and continues to explore new theories, research and approaches to assist her clients. In addition, she brings her personal recovery experience to her work.
EMPOWERMENT COACH
As an Empowerment Coach, Mel has been trained to guide her clients through seven life-defining areas: Emotions, Relationships, Sexuality, Body, Money, Work, and Spirituality. In this work, she helps clients to identify their limiting beliefs, transform these beliefs to positive affirmations, create a passionate vision for their lives and develop tools to manifest this vision.
